Membership Benefits
- A YMCA membership gives you access to a variety of exciting individual, family, and community-based programs created to improve both the mind and the body.
- The Y membership allows you access to all-inclusive facilities that include basketball courts with cardio equipment, childcare centers for children, fitness classes in groups locker rooms, indoor pools equipped with showers sauna/steam room, weight-training equipment, and much many more!
- Your family and you will take advantage of the benefits of a YMCA membership by taking part in a range of exciting and healthy activities ranging from summer camps to aquatics and everything from youth sports to Zumba(r)!
Payment and Billing Terms
- Monthly memberships are able to be established through the YMCA Welcome Center. Monthly dues can be paid instantly from the bank account or credit card that you have on the account.
- Members can also opt to buy a semi-annual, quarterly, or annual membership. The YMCA accepts important credit and debit cards as well as cash and checks to make payments.
- All cancellations of membership need to be notified in writing within 30 days of the notice and returning of the YMCA member card.
“Project Responsibility” Membership
- Project Responsibility is a YMCA initiative to help local wounded veterans from all times that started on November 1 in 2013.
- Purpleheart recipients who have the qualifying disability rating are eligible to apply for a complimentary Single Adult membership with the YMCA as well as similar family discounts.
- Visit the YMCA Welcome Center with a Purple Heart certificate and Veteran’s Affairs determination letter to be able to activate.
Financial Assistance
The YMCA is proud to provide an environment that is safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment to all families who are that are in need. The scholarship is only available to reduce costs for the Family Value Membership fee, or the fees for non-members.
OPEN DOORSOur all-year-round financial aid program known as “Open Doors” may be requested by visiting every YMCA branch through the submission of these documents for adults in the household:
- Tax form for the current year (1040 or the proof of not filing)
- two most recent paycheck stubs or unemployment award letter
- confirmation of government aid (SNAP Benefits, home subsidies housing subsidies, etc.)
- confirmation of the income of a student loan or grant
- Verification of private assistance (community groups, churches, and so on.)
